At HCL Technologies, one of the world’s leading IT consultancies, I partnered with enterprise clients to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes. This has given me a deep understanding of how to embed customer-centric thinking into complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing strategy, delivery, and technical integration.

At UD Trucks, I led the transformation of the global driver platform, digitising inspections, enabling predictive maintenance, and replacing paper-based workflows with a connected, data-driven ecosystem. At Volvo Cars, I helped lead a major digital transformation, modernising legacy systems and unifying service platforms across car inventory and parts management. This positioned us as Volvo’s strategic partner across the Nordic region.
